Hot Air: Palin, advisors want to hit Obama on Wright, but McCain refuses

Don’t expect to see a lot of fireworks at the debate tonight.

If bringing up Wright is such a grave threat to civil society, how’d civil society survive the three-week orgy of media coverage of him back in March?

You think Wright is an extremist? Take a look at Todd Palin. He was part of a group that wanted Alaska to succeed from the nation. The church that the Palin family belongs to believes in witches and the pastor actually thinks he ran a witch out of town when he was ministering in Africa.
I’m sure you won’t even look in to it.

Bob, thanks for stopping by and posting.

    In answer to your questions/challenges:

Yes, I know Wright is an extremist.

As for Todd Palin, if what I’ve read is true, he was registered with the Alaska Independence Party for about 7 years until left them in 2002 - six years ago.

The AIP’s main goal is another vote with a wider range of options then granted in 1958.

As for the witches and poeple’s individual religious beliefs…I can’t really generate any concern for that.

If only the most worrisome thing about Obama’s “religious” affiliations were that he might believe in witches, I’d be that less concerned.

What Obama apparently does believe is much more troubling. Have you read my post about what Obama does believe?

    The Religion of Barack Obama

And Obama didn’t have the sound judgment to leave that church seven years ago, he clung to it for twenty years and defended it until Wright let the cat out of the bag and the world got a taste of where these people are coming from.
