The gloating over the shoe thrower is about to end

Let me guess: The narrative on the left is about to change. So far its been all gloating and giggles and verbal high fives because this joker “was brave enough to express his righteous anger…blah blah blah.” Now it will be all about how horrible and brutally Zaidi is being treated

Joe the plumber’s past matters but Obama’s doesn’t

Why this treatment? Because Joe’s message is powerful and they need to defang it. Joe is the face of what’s wrong with Obama’s economic policy proposals.

The fact this private citizen expressed himself while the media happened to be recording is enough mandate to go digging through this guy’s private life and present it to the world.

Prediction - Final presidential debate

McCain spoke to issues common sense and his conservative base has wanted him to bring up for weeks, and he won the debate by the standard that he made challenges Obama could not answer.

If elected president will Obama allow Fitzgerald to continue his investigation?

Hugh Hewitt pointed out that this is a question Obama needs asked and he needs to answer now.
Patrick Fitzgerald, the same prosecutor who investigated Scooter Libby, is hard at work getting to the bottom of top level Chicago politics. Rumors are flying, but we do know that Rezko is talking and things don’t look [...]

Obama needs references

Same thing when you apply for a any job. Even if you are well qualified for a job, they always ask for references before they hire you.

For these politicians, if the public has questions about their character they should come clear with no lies and explain themselves before they lay out their plan.

The Religion of Barack Obama Part One: Values

Obama is entitled to his beliefs, but we need to know what shapes his agenda, his philosophy, his ideology - these are the things that will directly influence how he would make decisions in the Oval Office.

Obama was asked six months ago not to wear the bracelet

AP: “…she e-mailed the Obama campaign through its Web site asking that he not mention it during debates or speeches…”

…The bracelet with Ryan Jopek’s name that Obama had to consult during the debate was not intended to be a prop for a campaign stunt. Especially not an embarrassing stunt like the “I have a bracelet too, from the mother of…errm, uhhh, ummmm…” fiasco that is likely to blow up in Obama’s face in big way - much larger than a simple gaffe. …

…It seems neither the mother or father of the soldier want Obama to wear the bracelet. When Jopek’s mother gave Obama the bracelet it was intended to be between her and Obama, not fodder for the campaign trail. She asked him not to wear it. She’s now understandably upset with the attention she’s getting.

She was upset back in March when Jopek’s father was interviewed on the radio and discussed the problems Obama’s exploitation of their son and the gifted bracelet were causing. …

Experience is not really a factor

… Obama’s lack of experience is not an issue. In fact, his inexperience and naiveté give me comfort, making the prospect of his winning the election just a little easier digest. For the conservative out there who still isn’t following me, I ask you this: If Obama had an extra 20 years practice at implementing his Marxist agenda behind him would you be happier with him in the White House? Do you think you’ll approve of his policy decisions and performance more during his last years in office?

Unfortunately, a President Obama would have no problem getting his socialist agenda pushed through, experience or not. He’ll have lots of help. …

Obama-Biden gaffe recap for the week

There’s a saying of some sort that goes something like “the nice thing about not telling lies is you don’t have to keep track of them.” The nice thing about starting with sound principles and building your positions on them and then acting according to principle means you don’t have to spend half your presidential [...]

Anything negative said about Obama is racist - yet another example

Now referencing someone’s occupation is a racist slur. Gov. David Paterson of New York is accusing the Republican Party of using references to Obama’s past as a community organizer in place of an attack on Obama’s race.
“I think the Republican Party is too smart to call Barack Obama ‘black’ in a sense that it [...]
